Jarosław Sordyl
CEO & President
Cybersecurity manager with more than 25 years of experience, consultant and cybersecurity practitioner, with a special focus on cyber security management including industrial cyber security – ICS/OT. Expert in the field of building and management of SOC/CSIRT/CERT teams. He is a member of the cyber security research team, affiliated with the University of Florence, Italy.
Professional experience related to corporations and large companies: director of cyber security of a corporation in the electricity sector (CISO), advisor to the board of directors of a multinational telecommunications company, head of cyber security of a corporation in the transportation sector (CISO), and director of cyber security of a corporation in the oil sector (CISO).
Served as a board member of EE-ISAC (European Energy – Information Sharing Analysis Center). Participant in the prestigious “IVLP Cybersecurity Leader” program organized by the US DHS for leaders in the field of cybersecurity.
He is a long-time lecturer cooperating with academic institutions and scientific units. Speaker at national and international conferences on cyber security.
He holds many certifications in the field of cybersecurity or security. He is a member of many national and international industry organizations.
Andrzej Bartosiewicz, PhD
VP Executive, CISO
PhD in Computer Science, 27 years of professional experience in the IT industry, expert in cyber security in the area of IT and industrial control systems (ICS). A graduate in Computer Science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, he received his PhD in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2008.
He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Research Center “Cyber Security” at Warsaw University of Technology. President of the CISO #Poland association.
Professional experience in cybersecurity and information security management for major Polish companies and global corporations: CISO / Director of Cybersecurity Business Development at Thales, Director of Corporate Security Department (CISO) at Netia Group and Director of Security and Business Continuity Department (CISO) at Polish Energy Group (PGE).
He served as CEO of California-based cyber security technology start-up Yonita Inc. Director of the Domain Department at NASK for 9 years.
He started his career at COMARCH, which he left as Executive Director / Director of the ERP Systems Center.
He led numerous international projects in the area of cybersecurity for the European Commission in the Balkans and represented the Polish Government at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Geneva. For 4 years he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the international organization CENTR. He holds security certifications and is a member of many industry organizations.
